My MC11 will only play files selected with the mouse individually in stereo. Select more than 1, however yo do it, playlist or whatever, and it only plays the first file in stereo - if you 'clicked' on it and thereafter it's something less than mono at worst and sort of mono,just, at best.
Co-incidental to this two plug-in's have been installed and Norton Antivirus has on two occasions stopped the computer because it says there's malicious script in an MC11 file. I have run Norton seperately and, no surprise, nothing's there but i have removed both plug-in's and that's stopped but I'm still left with the single file only action.
In an attempt to re-set the program I installed the latest Beta (like the smartlist- very good idea). No change. You would think this is a system thing but other players work fine?
Any ideas to resolve would be appreciated
