I just noticed that the DSM-320 with firmware 1.06 will play the first 3 seconds of a song and then start over and play the song fine. This did not occur previously - not sure if it is due to new firmware on DSM-320 or a newer build of MC11. I am curently running 11.1.73. Is there a setting I need to change?

Hi,
This is similar to something I'm currently working on with the DSM, give me a day or two and try again...

Thanks :)

^Bump^
This is still happening for me--it was true with 1.05 and 11.0, and still is with 1.06 and 11.1.87. Since it's limited to just my box, do you have any ideas what it might be?

I've noticed it here, but haven't had a chance to look at it. Keep bumping as needed...

No problem. I'll fiddle with it a bit and see if I can get some more data.

Still true with 11.1.108 and 1.07 (new firmware that was just downloaded). Completely resetting the DSM-320 does not fix it, and it doesn't happen with D-Link's server software. Is this something you can look at before 11.1 closes?

No skipping probems with 1.05eu and mc v11.1, my only problem is the duration 01.49.13 shown in the bottom numerical box, and the timeline relects this, irrespective of playlist or smartlist length
My DSM works fine with windows media connect v2 software
