Title: Problem adding images
Post by: drosoph on December 07, 2005, 09:03:40 pm
floating-point division by zero.   I can't get out of this issue.   Every time I add an image file to the database, it causes the following error:

The exception Floating-point division by zero.
(0xc000008e) occured in the application at location 0x1007823c

I can play video files fine.
I've tried creating a new database ... uninstall, reinstall.
Is anyone familiar with this issue, I've had it in previous betas as well, but hadn't posted about it.

I'm not seeing this.  Could you send a sample photo to matt @ jriver.com?

Thanks.

I sent a sample photo.   Some pictures work, but 95% of the files wont.  I can say this ISNT a build issue, as I've backed all the way up to the 11.0 10/6 release and I still have the same issue.  The files open in all other apps I've tried.  Any ideas ?

Got it ...
downgraded to an older version again ...
uninstalled.
Installed the latest beta ... and voila!

I have NO idea why.  A previous uninstall/reinstall of the current beta did not solve the problem.
