Title: Can not re-install

Yes I have looked through the Q&A  but I can not find the answer to this

I needed to reformat my pc so I made a note of my lic number etc I hae ver 9.1

but when I try to run the setup file it runs the starting the Installation Wizard then disappears nothing to be seen again

I tried installing ver11 same thing

Starts the wizzard then disappears

Anyhelp would be great as I am missing my software

Have you installed the latest version of MC first?

Try restoring (see the FAQs from the top of this forum).

I have setup a new profile within XP and the install ran fine

I will need to sort this out at my end
