Title: Cannot recover license

I have tried several times to recover my lost MC 10 license. 10.10.2005  a person John Gateley <gateley @ jriver.com> sent me a mail which asked me to give some information about me, my e-mail and others. I have returned this information several times, but noone is answering me !

Could please someone from j.river take action and help me recover my license ?

Maybe He Seen A Blank Message And Did Not Look At The Attachment Message.

Also Most of the time messages like you send end up in my spam folder.

Didn't receive anything after the Testing e-mail from 19.12.2005. I have only two e-mails from you: dated 10.10.2005 and 19.10.2005.

Why don't you use the private message area in this forum ?
