Title: Library/Playlist from network drive

Hi,
I have stored all my songs on a remote network drive at home.
I can see them..No problem.
But when I try to make a playlist or put them in my library Media Center seems to download them on my laptop.
I just wanne have them in my playlist or library without having them on my laptop.
How does this work?

The songs are stored on the remote system. The playlist or the database is probably stored on the laptop.

You can create a new database on the remote system (be careful not to access it from two computers at once).

MC doesn't download them.
