Title: Can UPnP server from 11.1 be used in 11.0?

I'm not quite ready to start using the 11.1 beta on my main machine.

I'd like to use the newer UPnP server from 11.1 with 11.0.  Will this work?

If so, where can I get the new server and how do I update my 11.0 install?

Sorry, but 11.1 is a package.  If you take pieces out, you'll have to proceed at your own risk.

However, 11.1 shouldn't be too scary -- it's quite stable at this point.

OK, thanks, that's what I thought would be the case.

Maybe I'll take the plunge into 11.1 during my Christmas break from work....

What Matt said, but also I'm pretty sure it wouldn't work. There were some basic changes between 11.0 and 11.1 that would prevent it working.
