In the media browser you need to include the first field twice in the 'edit scheme' for it to show up as a selectable option, eg

artist
artist
album
name
rating

If you do not include the duplicate artist then only album, name and rating can be selected.

I can't reproduce this.

You switch views using the drop list at  the top left of the library view.

Links on the tiles go "into" that tile, so it wouldn't make sense to show "go into genres" when you're looking at a genre.

Restarting MC made this problem go away...
