Title: iRiver HP10

has anyone tried this with media center 11.1? the program recognizes it and does allow the transfer of songs, though it will not work with playlists.

I don't know the HP10, did you mean H10?  Assuming you did, the MC support depends on which version of the H10 you've got - where was it bought?

Playlists seem to work on mine.
