I have a philips stremium SL400i system and I have just started to use j river media center as i understand it can convert unsupported video files (that the Philips cant play)on the fly so the streamium can play them, I have a problem with a WMV file that the Philips player says that it is a unsupported format, even though media center has it in the database and will play on the media center server. I have run G-spot to see the details of the file I want to play and there is nothing wrong with it, saying it is a ASF video.
I have all the plugins for media center, any ideas?
