I purchased Media Jukebox 8 on August 3, 2003 and everything went well until I purchased Media Jukebox Plus with credit card on September 27. I cannot download anything now, and continue to get the message "Failed to restore license". Please correct or refund $24.95 purchase price for Media Jukebox Plus. Thank you.

Why did you buy MediaJukebox 8 and then Media Jukebox Plus? I think they are the same. Or did you buy MediaCenter 9? or an upgrade?
JRiver don't make refunds, there are Faq's to users take their doubt's about licensing the program.
