Title: license upgrade
Post by: martingilly on September 27, 2002, 06:25:42 am
My hard drive wiped out now I am running the freeware version. Who do I contact at MJ and what info do I need to give them to get my full MJ back up and running? (Bought the full version a couple of months ago)

Cheers

Martin

Please see the FAQ under Jukebox / Purchase above.  It tells you how to recover.

Jimh

Think about this for a second or two (not that it will help but it might).

MJ Option Under Help "Enable Plus Options"

This sends you to a Html Form

[Restore License] - [Buy]

Also

Shown on the nag screen

[Restore License] - [Buy]

King,
Restore and Buy options exist under Help now.

They are also available from the Nag screen.

Right?  Or are you saying something else?

Correct About The Help (just looked)

Not Sure About The Nag Screen.

I only seen the nag screen once, since i fell in love with MJ and had to have it.

So i don't know what is on there now.

If both options are on the nag screen I am not sure why this question keeps being asked by users.

Because it can be.

Enough people at enough computers could ask anything.
