Title: Help - Pontis Plugin Failure

Please Help!

When I try to download and install the Pontis plugin I get the following error message " Failed to Install Package. More Info: Failed To Register Object C:\Program Files\ J River Media Jukebox\Plugins\hh_pontis.dll". Can anybody tell me what this means and how I can fix it?

RS,

If you are running MJ 8, be sure you are downloading the Plug-in for version 8 (3.0.2). I just tested the download on Windows 2000 and it ran great. What OS do you have and what version MJ?

I have MJ 8 and are running Windows 98. I have tried it on both my work PC and my home one (both MJ 8 Win98 )with the same result.

RS,

There was a bug in the installation script. Can you try this one more time?  I think it will work fine now.
