Title: Ipod crashes w MC11

I just got an IPOD with video for Christmas.  Now everytime I plug in the IPOD MC11 crashes.  It seemed to work before I loaded Itunes.  However Ineed Itunes so that I can purchase music.  Any ideas?

Im not sure if it matters but I downloaded the latest version before I sent the orignal posting.  I think it is version 11.3.16.

That's probably 11.0.316.

11.1.91 is available on a thread near the top of  this board.

iPod support is much better in 11.1.

That did the trick.  It appears now that after doing the Itunes conversions many of my playlists are screwed up.  I there a way to fix that?
