Is there a way to import .xmlplaylists into MC11?

Media Center supports M3U, MPL, ASX, and a few other standard playlist types.

I'm not aware of .xml being a playlist. (although several other types use XML)  What is creating these playlists?

I used Itunes to make it.  The options are XML and TXT.
