Title: Errorbox after ejecting CD
Post by: Uwe on January 05, 2006, 08:20:37 am
I'm using an external CD-Drive only for playing Audio CD. It's a nice feature in MC to start automatically after inserting the CD. But after ejecting the CD with the Eject-Button in the Drive, MC shows an Error-Message (something like: Can't read Track x on Drive y). This is a little bit bothering because the "Cancel"- Button is very small on my Touch-Screen and i even know that MC can't read this Track, because it's in my hands...
I would really like to use my MC(11.0316) without this box. Is it possible?

Are you talking about the error box "Audio CD not Found"?
It has text like "The track named 'Some Track Name' cannot be played because the volume labeled 'Audio CD' was not found."

This comes up if you eject the CD while it is playing.

Is this the error box in question?

Yes, i mean this box.
Sorry for confusion, when i posted, MC was not in my range.
I use the Eject-Button like in a normal, old-fashioned CD-Player to get the CD out and anotherone in.

Sorry, but I think this will have to wait until after the 11.1 release. The changes required are not trivial and may break something else just when we're trying to get a stable version out the door. Please bug us about it again after release.
