Title: Installation conflict with CounterSpy

I now am using 11.1 successfully, but previously was unable to install it. I finally searched the FAQ and found that certain anti-spyware programs may interfere with installation. I use CounterSpy, so I tried disabling it before installing, and sure enough, that did the trick.

It might be a good idea to publicize this problem more prominently, to prevent others from experiencing the same frustration.

With CounterSpy active, the MC installation simply dies right at the point where the user agreement dialog should appear.

did you ask CounterSpy to fix their program?
