Title: The Bottom Top Missing Menus from >11.1.95

I currently am totally confused by how the Album views been left
with out the top bottom menus.

I just get lost in the menu's trying to get either the top or the bottom to display
what it used to!

A few people have mentioned this under 11.1.96.  Can we have a merged thread?
