Title: Re-Installing OS -- Can I find my MC serial number somewhere?
Post by: jweisler on January 11, 2006, 06:57:52 am
I'm about to wipe my PC clean and do a full reinstall -- is there somewhere I can find my MC registration number so that when I reinstall the software I can just get MC back up and running?  I already paid for it, so I'm not looking to repurchase.

Thanks in advance,

jweisler

You can restore your license here after you have installed MC: http://www.jrmediacenter.com/restore.html

Restores are restricted to 10 per year. After you have installed a new OS and MC you may want to test stability before restoring the licence (you will have the try out period).

Also, you may want to back up your Media Library before the cleaning. (File > Library > Backup Library)

JimH,

Where are the complete restore and license instructions?

I can't find them in http://www.jrmediacenter.com/purchase.html or elsewhere.

Click on one of the links.  Here's what you get when you select MC11:
