Title: Scroll Wheel over Track Position Indicator

Is there a way to stop the scroll wheel effecting the track position when the mouse
cursor is over the track position bar? I'm sure it's good for DJ's and what not,
but kinda irritating at home!

Cool, a new feature that I never knew MC had.

I don't see anything in the MC options interface to control this.
