Title: Restore counter reset

over the past year or so I've had numerous issues with my computer as well as several hardware changes. Anyhow, I ended up using my last restore last December and i didn't think anything of it cuz the year was almost up. I figured if i had a problem it'd be after the new year and my count would reset. Well, I did, and it didn't. What do I do now? I love the program, but I don't like the idea of paying for it again due to upgrades/ crashes. Thankx for the help
