Title: Cancelled rip shows wrong report

I just noticed a problem in 113.

I ripped a CD and it ripped fine.
I then inserted another CD, but as soon as it started ripping I hit Cancel. When I did this the Secure Rip Report came up and said that the second CD was cancelled (correct), but also said all tracks of the first CD had been cancelled (wrong). I believe this is just a problem with the Secure Report.

On a similar note,

Would it be possible to show an alert box if a secure rip fails?
I've found a few tracks that are not complete and this would have alerted me to the failure or could have at least advised me to read the log.
