Title: Feature Request - Handheld Friendly Names

I have a family with a few IPODS. In Media Center they just show up as IPOD (1), IPOD (2), IPOD(3).

Anyway to append a friendly name to them?

Example:

IPOD - Mike
IPOD - Bob
IPOD - Sue

Or we could completely rename the Handheld name if that's easier.

hi

1) plug in your ipod
2) when it appears, select it in the tree view
3) press F2 (or right-click and select 'Edit Selected Item')
4) rename it to what you like (as long as it's a unique name)

just repeat that for each of your ipods...

MC11.1 lets you name your pod when you plug it in.
