Title: What is the BEST WAY to organize DVDs on HTPC

I want to copy my DVDs to a big hard drive (actually multiple hard drives).  Thus far, I've been using DVD shrink to "backup" the DVDs to my hard drive.  I end up with a VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folder underneath the parent folder and multiple files in each of those directories.

Adding each movie to MC is a slow, painstaking process.  Is there a better way?

I only want a lossless copy of my DVDs.
