Title: Unintelligible Error Window (MC 11.1)

I am getting a strange unitelligible error window that pops up in MC 11.1.  See attached jpg.   I haven't been able to tie it to any particular activity.  Any ideas?  It's frustrating because there isn't enough text to give me a starting point to try to resolve it.  Any help would be much appreciated.

( ? hmmmm . . . How do I attach a JPG?  If I read the helpfile correctly, I have to have a URL to point to?  Is that right?  What site do people use to host a JPG for posting on this forum?)

You have to have a site you can upload the picture to.

What is the error message?
