Title: does MJ connect to MC server?

i'm trying to connect to my home MC library from work, using the free MJ.  i'm getting errors about needing a newer version of MJ, but i already have the newest.  am i missing something?

Both sides must be the same version.  What you're trying won't work.  But if you have MC licensed on one machine, you can put a license on the other.  Info on how to do it is here:
