Title: audio analysis on m4a files

Hello all,

I find that, ever since mc started supporting directshow and I could perform audio analysis on m4a files, MC crashes after analyzing a number of files. I have this problem on two different machines. I have tried with ffdshow as well as the core's aac filter. It starts analyzing, then just completely freezes after a number of files. I have tried mp4creator -optimize on all files as well as optimizing mp4 layout using foobar2000. When I re-run the analysis, it sometimes analyzes the file which previously caused mc to freeze, sometimes not. Any ideas?
