Title: Audio Cd copy  settings
Post by: zevele10 on September 24, 2002, 12:12:59 am
In 'Device Setting' on the window 'Audio CD copy"

Which drive do you have to set?

The one you use for ripping?

If yes  why i have this problem:

MJ set Audio CD copy by default to G:
This is my CDW drive

My CDR is H:
I use my CDR to rip ,but i cannot set  Audio Cd copy to drive H;.

I can change it,but it does not stay.

I change it,close options. If i reopen option ,i see that it is back to G:

I know others have this problem, because they posted about it.

It was in 7 in 8 and still in 9

In the Devices dialog, when you select a CD drive to set the options for, you aren't making it the default ripping drive or anything. It just allows you to select any drive on your system and view and change the settings for it.

MJ just rips from whatever CD drive's have audio CD's in them. There is no concept of a "default" ripping drive.
