Title: Trying to troubleshoot -- can't uninstall MC11.1.

In my attempt to troubleshoot a problem with Shoutcast streaming links not working correctly with MC11.1, I tried reverting back to an earlier version (116).  This did not help, so I decided to try completely uninstalling MC11.1 from my system and "starting over."  Unfortunately, MC is not letting me do this since it refuses to complete the uninstall process.  I start the uninstall process, put check marks in both boxes (since I want to do a "full" uninstall) but the uninstall process aborts with the message:

"Failed to load file association file.  This is a fatal error, so the program must close.

Please reinstall the latest version of the program to fix this probelm.

I've tried reinstalling the program numerous times -- both versions 116 and 120 -- but I always get the same message above when I try to do the uninstall.  I've tried various combinations of installing/rebooting/uninstalling/etc., but nothing is working.  I can't get the Shoutcast links to work correctly, and I can't get MC to complete an uninstall.

Does anyone know of the trick to getting the uninstall to work?  If not, is there a way to "manually" uninstall MC so that I can start over again?

To manually remove Media Center, erase these files and registry keys:
C:\Program Files\JRiver\Media Center 11
HKCU\Software\JRiver\Media Center 11
HKLM\Software\JRiver\Media Center 11
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Media Center 11

We can reproduce this.  Should be fixed shortly.

Thanks -- I was able to install and then uninstall 121.

Unfortunately, the problem with Shoutcast links remains.  I'll start a new thread for that.
