Title: Resume Playback from last use

I would really like an option to resume playback from when the last time
MC was used.  This would be extremley useful when developing Plugins,
which requires constant closing and opening of MC
or when Windows decides that you absoloutley must restart your computer
now and not in an hours time when it would be more convienient (and the current album would have finished!)

Tools > Options > Startup > Startup Actions > Start Playing Current Playlist

It would be nice, if it played from the exact position in the track.

Windows now restarted.
Does anyone remember when Microsoft said XP was the operating system
that wouldn't need to restart when new things and updates were installed?
