Title: Move a play/smart list in the tree

I just tried to move a smartlist out of the playlists section
and into the Audio Section of the tree.
MC allowed me to click and drag it, and drop it on Audio.
However the smartlist remained in it's old location, and didn't
move.

Is it doing something else?

I do think in someways a seperate dialogue for configuring
the tree would make it so much more obvious what we can and can't do here.

MC should probably display the ordinary mousepointer for "Can't move this file to this location"... IMO... OR actually move/copy the file :)

Dropping on "Audio" imports files.

Dropping on children of Audio in the tree or on pane entries does import + the appropriate tagging.

Still seems a bit strange however with the playlists.
As theoretically everything in the playlists will already be imported.
I think this is a problem with the current system.  The drag and
drops doing too many things here, making it not so clear,
a seperate tree config would be more ideal, IMO.
