Title: cutting off long file names

MC cut off my ape file names by default and i can't seem to reverse it. now i have to go the original CD's and rename the files. that feature should not make permenant change to the files.

Please give more details.  The only limit MC enforces is the OS limit of 260 characters.

You can use "Rename Files From Properties" to quickly rename the files to anything you'd like.
