Title: Tooltips persist

I thought tooltips were supposed to disappear when you moved the mouse, not follow the cursor.

It seems as though it acts more like a window now.

Which tool tips are doing this for you?  Are you talking about the things like the little popup that says "Play" when you mouse over the "Play" button?  On my system, this disappears the moment I move the mouse.  I haven't noticed anything strange in this regard, but I'm not sure I'm looking at the same thing you are.

All of the tooltips on my playerbar are following the cursor for a few seconds before disappearing. I think it has something to do with the new active/refreshing tooltips that were introduced recently.
