I cannot restore Media Jukebox 8. The dates are correct. Don't use any kind of anti-syp ware tools I haven't always used and never had a problem before. Please advise :'(

Also, I requested a restore key, and when trying to restore, got the following message: "Error installing Media Jukebox license: Failed extracting license from file." Would appreciate help to restore. Thanks, Debbie

You've restored several times before - any idea what might have changed between the last time you successfully restored and this time?
Is Media Jukebox correctly installed?

No, I don't have a clue. I will uninstall and reinstall, who knows? Will let you know.

OK, uninstalled Media Jukebox (even deleted registry entries) and reinstalled. Now it won't let me restore license from the internet, and when I clicked buy, there was an error. Any advice, or should I just junk this player? It doesn't seem right that I should have to got thru this periodically after paying for this player. Debbie

Did you install the latest version? 8.0.400?
Is your date correct?
Did you use your Registration Code for MJ 8 and visit the restore page, using IE?
