Title: Audio restoration plugin?

Has anyone writen a plugin for MC that can do audio restoration?  I am converting my old vinyl albums to .wav using the MC recorder, and I am looking for a plugin that will enable me to take the resulting .wav files and process the files to remove scratchs pops and clicks prior to converting to mp3.
