Title: Dual soundcards

If I were to add a second soundcard to my machine would it be possible to configure it so that MJ uses one exclusively and everything else uses the other?

Yeah, you have to set MJ to playback using "Wave Out" then select the specific sound device in "Settings".  DirectSound always seems to play through the default device.
