You can try DVD Audio Extractor or DirectDVD 6
http://www.castudio.org/dvdaudioextractor/
http://www.orionstudios.com
Both trial versions.

nothing, I tried with the four options (line in, CD...) and nothing. Is this a bug?

Well, mathmatically speaking, you've got the four options in MC plus the nine options in windows play control.  That would make 36 different combinations, I think, or else 66 billion.  On the off chance that it's 36 combinations, I would suggest trying them all and see what happens.  You might set MC on one of the four (mixer, say), and try the other nine and see what happens.  Try alphabetically, in reverse order, starting with "wave out".  That's just a thought.

BTW, you can hear this audio on your computer, right?

Do you think the encoder is relevant in the files recording?  ?
