i just bought mj after the 30 day trail,now it says it can't find my cd/r ,and the mj will not load properly....help >:(

1)...read the FAQ about licensing and anything related (such as installation and restoring license).
2)...back up your license and library
3)...uninstall MJ - reboot - reinstall MJ - restore license and library

It sounds like your current install is corrupt. Will MJ even start now? Will it run long enough to do 2) and 3)?

i did as you said ,uninstall rebootand reinstall......."failed to find any cd-r/w devise on your system" when i try to put in my license code mj opens up with above message and "failed to restore license" pops up

Make sure your system date is correct. Does Windows see the RW drive? (check out My Computer...find your drive...right click and select Properties). Post (copy & paste) your system info from MJ>Help>System Info.
