I have been with eMusic from the start, and I have gone through many changes with them as to What can be used to download, What can be used to burn.
I thought it as setled until today. I have downloaded the Zinf player and am in the process of downloading the Media Jukebox. ?
The problem arises when I make a selection from eMusic, but it does not gotto Zinf. It just sits there. What do I do now? I have uninstalled RealOne, because it hogs anything that is to be downloaded. I am in one heck of a mess, because I really want one more of the Joe Pass CDs.
Any suggestions, like #1 do this, #2 do this

Start Zinf and go into options. Make sure "Reclaim music file associations..." checkbox is checked. Close and exit, then try to download. This should reset the Zinf download manager to be the default.
If that doesn't work, maybe un/re-install Zinf?

Rudy;
Thank you for the information. I did as you suggested, and I am now getting a download. After installing, I also deleted and uninstalled RealOne. They seem to be so invasive that they will download anything anytime. Great to fall back on, but when eMusic says Zift, I try to follow directions.

Is there any specific reason why you prefer Zinf over our Download Manager?

There is only one reason that I use Zenf, and that is because eMusic.com states at the bottom of their pages that Zenf must be used. Believe me, I would use your product exclusively if that company was compatible. I hate having to download with something then transferring over to burn the music. Gee, that would be neat to have only one download manager to work with.

MJ will work perfectly with Emusic and you can participate in a new beta. See the Emusic section of Interact for more info. Choose Home above.

Jim; Thanks again for your help along with the other respodents. Rarely, do you get an answer from some sites within a week , except one that states something like "We heard from you and will get back to you when we are not so busy". This is a special treat. Thanks to each and every one of you.
