Title: How to sync AND convert down to 64kbps at the same time?

I have been trying to sync+convert to 64kbps a number of 320kbps tracks to a PPC (xv6700) miniSD card.  But, even after selecting "Always convert" the tracks are copied at the same 320kbps (full size).   Surely there is a way to downsample tracks during a sync to a pocketPC - what am I missing?

Double check your encoding settings for "Conversions".
