Title: Can't convert WMA VBR to WMA CBR

Hi, for some reason, I can't convert WMA files to other WMA file types.  I'm trying to convert WMA VBR lossless to WMA CBR.  It won't let me.  and because of this, I can't transfer to my Zen Touch anymore.  Unless I use a different file format like MP3 or Ogg, then I can convert my WMA VBR lossless files to something else.  I tried uninstalling Media Center and reinstalling, didn't work.

Correction.  I do seem to be able to convert from WMA VBR to a different quality WMA VBR.  Just can convert from WMA VBR to WMA CBR.  Again, I didn't have this problem before.
