i have my code to restore license,but it says failed to restore license..HELP ? ? ?

what version of MJ8 Or MC9 are you using are you using?

does it give you an error number or more info on the error message?

all it says is "failed to restore license" also when i get mj to open it says "failed to find any cd-r/w device on
your system

So you did not say what version of MJ you had. you can find many versions of MJ on the Site, you need to look under help, about

did you go to the restore page to try to restore?

or are you trying to restore from a file?

what is the file name?
