Title: Having Problems Logging In?

The password may be case sensitive.  Your old password won't work.  You need to use the new one mailed to you.

If it still doesn't work, post a message here, and I'll delete your old account so you can enter a new one.

The password is probably case sensitive, however, your new password (sent via e-mail) is only uppercase letters. No digits, no lowercase.

The login is also case sensitive.

This brings up a point I've neglected until now.

Change your password. At some point in the near future, perhaps the next 24 hours, I will disable all accounts that haven't had their password changed.

Just to make sure - don't choose a new password that is all capital letters.

Hi,

I was a bit lost, feeling like a stranger as I could not login with my previous password ! Ok, I didn't read my mail before diving in the new interact, that was the main reason.
Anyway all is well now and looking very nice and this new interact seems quite fast. Did you change the server ?

OK. This is gatobrit who has all sorts of password problems. Can someone delete my "gatobrit" account and I'll sign up again?
