Title: Cant play dvd on my comp

For some reason i cant play DVDs on my computer.  I put in the original that i rent from RedBox and Window media players reported this:

I tried ripping the movie and burn it to a dvd  to see if i can watch it.  Same thing happen.  I tried to run anydvd in the background but no help.  I also have the latest KLite codec pack (full) installed.  any idea why i cant watch it? what i'm i missing?  Thanks.

Try installing the software that came with the DVD drive.

I had a similar problem once that was solved by running software called (I think) Region Free.
