Title: Upgrading from MC10 to MC11

I can not find a route to upgrade from version 10 of Media Center to version 11. Do I have to purchase a full copy? The link on the site leads to a locked or missing topic on ths forum.

To get the $26 price, you need to install MC10 AND your license for MC10.  Then install MC11.  More here:
