Title: DVD will not play

I have the latest update to media center and it will just not play a video dvd (it never has)

As it loads and reads the dvd, up comes the microsoft crash box and the program exits.

My system plays dvds with PowerDVD, Media Player etc - it would just be great to have Media Centre do the same.

Any ideas?

Try reinstalling the software that came with your DVD drive.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling other DVD software you use.
