Title: options for media server ?

is there any way to manage media server with anything else other than a laptop ? like can i use a mobile phone with blue tooth ? or  a PDA with  bluetooth ?

No. Library Server requires Media Center to be used as the client.

You can use uPNP server via wLAN etc to play on your PocketPC etc.
