MC is still destroying my thumbnails when i change library if i have "erase orphans" selected. I have checked my default path for thumbnails and it just has one folder, even though i have 2 libraries.
Do I need to erase thumbnails? Or should i delete one library and start it from scratch?

While translating the german language file with bytestar we noticed that some strings are doubled in the files.
But not exactly the same. One string with a capital letter and the other only with small letters.
Here some of many other examples:

Is this intended?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here some incorrect strings:
#1
Failed to creat window '%s' in the skin.
#2
Unable to load picture'%s'
#3
You need to have Hauppauge components on your computer to play TV using Media Jukebox.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And we can't understand these phrase while translating:
#1
"%s has attempted to download this episode the number of times shown."
#2
Failed to unprepare wave header.
#3
Failed to advance.
Whats the meening of these phrase?

Make a new library that's cloned from one of the existing libraries. This will cause the new cloned version to get a new ID.
The bug (now fixed) was that cloned libraries didn't get a new ID, so old copies of cloned libraries could cause issues.

Use screen grab for thumbnail isnt working for me
-
Matt, I followed your instructions. I cloned my secondary library and deleted the one that i cloned from. So now i have 2 libraries that should have unique ids. However, there is still only one folder and thumbnails file in my default thumbnails folder path.
-
park,
After you've cloned and loaded a library there should be a new folder in the 'Thumbnails' folder for the new library. The folder isn't created until the new library is loaded and MC starts generating thumbnails for it.

I am having a weird problem with syncing my ipod with this release. I sync once and everything is fine on the ipod. I do a resynch check immediately with nothing changing in my db and it shows me about a hundred files with 'Delete on Sync' and then those same hundred with 'In Queue'. Nothing has changed in the database since the sync. In fact it's only been about 30 seconds since the sync.
Any thoughts?

Bug in the last few versions:
Turn on "Ignore article" in Sorting under Options. Things are fine in the MC views on the computer, but through the Tivo server and UPnP server, any Artist starting with an article disappears from the Artist/Artist/Album view, unless the Artist starts with a "T". An example: with Ignore Article turned off, "The Beatles" shows up under "T", but with it turned on, it doesn't appear under "B" like it used to. "The Temptations" appear under "T" regardless.

This is happening under Theater View as well.

Similar problems here (although it's not just .177). I'm using an Archos GMini 402 Camcorder, syncing about 10 smartlists - and some files that are already on the player need a re-sync every time, the same way as above. Again, no major changes to the database, especially the files that need re-syncing.
Oddly enough, this happens (slightly) less when the player's in MTP mode and not UMS mode (as it can switch between the two).
