Title: Can I use MC11.1 playlists in MC10? If so how?

I run both MC10 (w/old laptop/carputer) and MC11.1 (w/desktop/HTPC). I made some recent changes in MC 10 and lost all my MC10 playlists.

Question: Can I use my MC 11.1 playlists and if so how do I get them to show up in MC 10?
