Title: Where can I get a receipt for my MC purchase?

Hello support,

I've purchased MediaCenter and got only a mail with my registration code. But I need a receipt, too.  Can I download it or can you send it to me?

That's all we send.  Maybe your credit card statement would help?

No. That's not enough. I need a receipt for my company. Isn't it usual for JRiver to give away a receipt for online-sale?

So you would be the only company I know, that don't do this.

Perhaps there is a way...?

The e-mail we send is the receipt. It contains the following text:

Thank you for your purchase of Media Center x.x.x from JRiver for $xx.xx.

This together with the date from the mail headers should satisfy your company.
